Notice is hereby given by the Southwestern Community College District of San Diego County, California, hereinafter referred to as the District, acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive up to, but not later than 12:00 PM on Monday, October 24, 2016, responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Professional Audio-Visual (AV) Design, Integration/Implementation Services for the Southwestern Community College District, including, but not necessarily limited to AV systems design, project management, integration, calibration and implementation as well as ongoing warranty services and other related services.
Responses shall be received in the Office of Procurement, Central Services & Risk Management, Room 1651 located at 900 Otay Lakes Road, Chula Vista, CA 91910, on the date and at the time stated above.
The Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting & Site Visit to cover Phase I scope of work and any questions related to this RFP is set on Thursday, October 13 AND Friday, October 14, 2016 (exact time and location will be announced via Addendum issuance).
